Judy Carmichael brings the joy of classic swing to Dizzy’s with her signature stride piano and sparkling stage presence. Count Basie famously nicknamed her “Stride,” a nod to her mastery of the style, and she delivers it with warmth, wit, and effortless charm. Joined by her quartet, Carmichael dives into 1930s and ’40s favorites from Gershwin, Fats Waller, Cole Porter, Peggy Lee, and more, creating a night that’s spirited, soulful, and full of personality.
