Jazz Lincoln Center subscribers can exchange their tickets for free through subscription services.

If you have misplaced your tickets, please email customerservice@jazz.org before the performance to arrange for replacement tickets. We will have your replacement tickets waiting for you at the Box Office on the ground floor of 60th and Broadway.

All ticket sales are final. If you cannot attend a performance, you may donate the tickets back to the organization and receive a tax deduction receipt for the full amount. If you would like to have a friend attend a performance in your place, you can give the tickets to a friend or email customerservice@jazz.org 24 hours prior to the date of the show to have new tickets printed and held at the box office for your friends to pick up.
